Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order you place with SERVORA. The charges for your order are always shown before you confirm.

  1. 01Orders & approval

Customers must provide accurate order details, budgets, delivery addresses and contact information. All orders are subject to confirmation and service availability.

  2. 02Payment policy

Pay-Per-Order Plan: customers fund the approved shopping budget through SERVORA's official payment channel before shopping begins. The service charge is payable upon delivery, before the rider departs. Prepaid Wallet: available for approved recurring purchase schedules. Funds are deducted according to authorised orders and agreed terms.

  3. 03Service charges

Below GH₵2,000: flat fee of GH₵199. GH₵2,000 to GH₵4,999: 9.9%. GH₵5,000 to GH₵49,999: 7.9%. GH₵50,000 and above: 4.9%. Minimum shopping order: GH₵100. Percentage-based charges apply to the actual goods purchased unless otherwise agreed. The applicable fee is disclosed before order confirmation.

  4. 04Delivery & transportation

Delivery fees are calculated according to distance, vehicle type, waiting time and special requirements. Multiple-stop, bulky-item and unusually demanding orders may attract additional approved transport charges. Tracking or delivery updates are provided where available.

  5. 05Purchases & budgets

SERVORA will make purchases within the customer's approved budget. Any material price difference, substitution or additional expense requires customer approval. Unused funds will be reconciled and refunded or retained as an authorised customer balance.

  6. 06Service-specific charges

Parcel delivery, property scouting, relocation assistance, reservations, repairs and surprise packages may attract separate fixed fees or quotations. Third-party expenses, goods, accommodation and specialist labour are charged separately unless expressly included in an agreed package.

  7. 07Cancellations & refunds

Customers should notify SERVORA promptly of cancellations. Completed services, committed transport costs and purchases that cannot reasonably be returned may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order. Eligible unused balances and refunds will be reconciled transparently.

  8. 08Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, remain reachable during fulfilment and ensure someone authorised is available to receive deliveries. Restricted or unlawful requests will not be accepted.

  9. 09Service limitations

Fulfilment depends on supplier availability, transport availability, weather, traffic and other circumstances beyond SERVORA's reasonable control. SERVORA will communicate material delays and reasonable alternatives.

  10. 10Prepaid wallet

Wallet balances may be used only under the applicable account terms. SERVORA will maintain transaction records and apply clear procedures for authorised deductions, refunds and account closure. Wallet operations are subject to applicable Ghanaian laws and regulatory requirements.

  11. 11Property & third-party services

Property transactions, professional repairs, accommodation bookings and other specialist services may be subject to separate agreements and provider terms. Regulated services will be undertaken only through appropriately authorised providers.

  12. 12Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms and charges disclosed before confirmation. SERVORA may update these terms with appropriate notice.
